1) Practice patience

Remember that other people's actions are not directed toward you.

3) Learn to control your emotions

Try to learn to control your anger, sadness, and anxiety.

4) Change your perspective

Ask yourself why you are unhappy if you are sad. Then, try to come up with some solutions.

5) Accept yourself

Accept yourself for who you are. For example, stop criticizing yourself if you are having a bad day.

6) Be patient with yourself

Your mistakes do not define you.

7) Look after yourself

Eat well, exercise, sleep enough, and relax.

8) Focus on what you can do

Focus on positive things rather than negative ones.

9) Make time for yourself
